3.1 systems uses, for the cover of doors and side panels, materials can range from brushed oak to lacquers, from innovative materials as Fenix NTM and tecnomalta to glass.
Brushing emphasizes the tangible texture of the oak kitchen.
This finish is realized using a wood particleboard panel with a low formaldehyde emission, coated by a veneer of veined brushed oak available in six different colors. The deep brushing emphasizes the structure of wood, exalting features of hardness and tangible texture. The matt painting process maintains unchanged the strong “personality” of the wood. For cleaning, use a dampen cloth with water or a solution composed of water and neutral detergent, following the direction of the grain.
The strong personality of the wood.
This finish is produced using a wooden particleboard panel (chipboard) with a low emission of formaldehyde (class E1), coated with a a brushed veneer that presents a book match effect. The deep brushing highlights the grain structure of the wood and enhances its solid and materic aspect. The matt painting keeps unchanged the strong “personality” of this wood. For its cleaning, use a moist cloth with water or water-base solution and liquid neutral detergent, following the vertical sense of the grain.
Doors for kitchen in quartz and resin.
This finish is realized using a wood medium density fiberboard panel with a low formaldehyde emission, on which are applied multiple layers of a mixture of quartz and polymer resin. The working process requires a technical time until completely hard of the applied material, so as to obtain a waterproofing surface, very scratch-resistant and characterized by irregularities, which exalt material aspects, craftsmanship and uniqueness. Used materials are totally atoxic and they maintain their features over the time. For cleaning, use a dampen cloth with water or a solution composed of water, alcohol and neutral detergent, except bleach and acetone.
Kitchen glass doors without visible frame.
The total absence of external frame is the characteristic of LESS glass door. In order to give this frameless appearance, the glass is glued on an aluminium frame available in white, champagne and burnished finishes, which is then coated by an aluminium covering. The covering has the same finish of the frame to create a perfect match between them and a clean line design. The external glass finish is available in mat or glossy colours.
